At Jasvir Jewelry, every piece of jewellery is hand-checked, quality verified, and securely packaged before it leaves our facility. We want every purchase to feel as flawless as the craftsmanship behind it, and this policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled.

Refund Policy

As a company policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or personal choice on delivered products.
Refunds are only initiated when a product is confirmed by our team to be damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Once a refund is approved after verification, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

Any issue with a delivered product must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice.
The product must be completely unused, unworn, and free from any signs of damage caused after delivery.
Original tags, certificates, jewellery box, and invoice must be returned along with the product.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests raised after 48 hours, or for products showing signs of use, will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our facility.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our standard return/exchange process upon delivery.
Refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Verification & Approval Process

Every refund, return, exchange, or cancellation request is reviewed by our internal team before approval.
Final approval is subject to verification of the product, images, and order details submitted by the customer.
Jasvir Jewelry reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any claim at its sole discretion.
Requests found to be fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the original order will be rejected without further correspondence.
Decisions made after verification by our team are considered final.
